M&M Lab

Our question was “Does every bag of M&Ms have at least one defect?” To find the answer to our question we opened two bags of M&Ms and looked for any imperfect candies. The second bag was 5.17% of deformed M&Ms but the first had no imperfections. Then we went to a different lab group and recorded the data from one of their bags of M&Ms. Their bag was made up of 5.35% of imperfect M&Ms.In the end we came to the conclusion that not every bag of M&Ms has at least one imperfection.
